The intent of the Southern Indiana Select Lacrosse Officials Development Program is to increase both the quality and quantity of licensed and experienced lacrosse officials in Southern Indiana.  The program will be structured as outlined below for New Officials*:

1.  A prospective official submits an application for inclusion into SISL’s Officials Development Program upon becoming a Certified Lacrosse Official in Indiana.
2. After officiating fifteen (15) Indiana high school and/or middle school games in their 1st season, SISL will reimburse 100% of the official’s USA Lacrosse Officials Membership for the current calendar year and 50% for uniform expenses (up to $100) at the conclusion of the season. Receipts are required for reimbursement.
3. After officiating eighteen (18) Indiana high school and/or middle school games in their 2nd season, SISL will reimburse 100% of the official’s USA Lacrosse Officials Membership for the current calendar year and 50% of the required Indiana Lacrosse Officials Association (ILOA) dues at the conclusion of the season. Receipts are required for reimbursement.
4. For officials entering their 3rd season, SISL will pay 100% of the official’s USA Lacrosse Officials Membership for the current calendar year, as well as 100% of the official’s ILOA dues for the applicable season, upon the successful completion of the Level 2 USA Lacrosse Adult Official Certification.
