The intent of the Hoosier Southern Lacrosse Conference Officials Development Program is to increase both the quality and quantity of licensed and experienced lacrosse referees/officials in Southern Indiana.  The program will be structured as outlined below for New Officials*:

1. Official submits application for inclusion upon completion of training and certification by US Lacrosse. 
2. After officiating eighteen (18) high school and/or middle school games in their 1st season, HSLC will reimburse 100% of the official’s US Lacrosse Fee for the current calendar year and fifty percent (50%) up to $100 for uniforms (receipt required).
3. After officiating eighteen (18) high school and/or middle school games in their 2nd season, HSLC will reimburse 100% of the official’s US Lacrosse Fee for the current calendar year and fifty percent (50%) up to $100 for uniforms (receipt required).
4. For officials signing up to referee a 3rd season, HSLC will pay 100% of the official’s US Lacrosse fee for the current calendar year up front as a “Thank You” for completing the program.
