Summer and Fall field lacrosse or Winter Box travel team programs can be a great way to build your game I.Q. and hone your lacrosse skills outside of the regular season. Most of these programs are located within a 3.5 hour commute of the Evansville region. Currently SISL is not offering a travel lacrosse program, however several area players do play on these other area teams . Some of these programs also offer clinics and camps open to non-team members as well. Please note the new local program Legacy at the top of this list. If you know of a program that we have missed, please let us know so we can add them.
Commonwealth Kings is located in Central Kentucky in the Lexington area. This is approximately a 2 1/2-3 hour drive from the Evansville area.
Commonwealth Kings offers both Summer and Fall programs, traveling to tournaments throughout the Midwest and East Coast at the AA or higher level.
This is a try-out based program. Tryouts take place typically in July/August.

Indiana All-Stars is an Indianapolis based lacrosse training and travel team program. They offer development, camps and travel teams for all ages. Indiana All-Stars is part of the Project MidWest Alliance and is a try-out based club with one team per age group. The distance from Evansville to the All-Stars practice fields is approximately a 3 hour commute. Try-outs for the year are typically held in August.

Indiana Legacy is a lacrosse training organization located in Evansville, IN. They offer youth through high school "labs", clinics and camps as well as future travel team opportunities outside of regular season play. Indiana Legacy currently uses Metro Sports facility as their location for Fall training. More information will be coming soon for this new area program. If you are looking for local additional out-of- season training, this is a good option.

L4 Select is a lacrosse training organization located in Louisville, Ky. They offer youth through high school clinics, camps and box travel team opportunities outside of regular season play. Clinics, camps, 3v3 and 7v7 leagues are open to all players. The L4 Box team is a try-out based travel team. The distance from Evansville to the King Louis Facility is approximately a 2 hour drive. Louisville Kings Lacrosse is based out of Louisville, KY. They are part of the Project Midwest Alliance. True Indiana is the state program for the Nationwide TRUE Lacrosse training program. They offers both A/AA (or Green/White) team options so that every athlete has the opportunity to train on a True team. Most of the True Indiana practices are located in the Indianapolis area at Grand Park, which is approximately a 3 hour commute from the Evansville area.
